Senior Network Support Engineer

As a Senior Network Support Engineer, you will investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions to customer service requests. You will investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot systems that are in operation and if requested, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations. provide advice for product configuration issues and network problems, write trouble reports and follow them up when required.

You will travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.

Your main responsibilities:

- Work with support cases assigned, use reporting tools according to internal processes
- Follow up support cases looking for an answer/solution, providing constant communication to the customer
- Provide guidance for Operation Maintenance instructions
- Create trouble reports
- Verify solutions and remedies on target environment
- On call support
- International travel for special support requirements
